Magdalena Cynkiel-Wielgomas empowers individuals and teams to unlock their potential and achieve meaningful growth. A psychologist by education with over 15 years of business experience, Magdalena is also a certified Situational Leadership II trainer, DiSC trainer, Positive Intelligence practitioner and certified Coach.
She combines her expertise to help individuals remove the barriers to their success—whether it’s navigating a career change, strengthening workplace relationships, stress management or stepping confidently into a new role.
As an expat herself, she deeply understands the unique challenges of starting or rebuilding a career in a new country. This personal experience fuels her passion for supporting others in navigating transitions with clarity and confidence.
In her training programs, Magdalena works with individual contributors and managers to help them enhance their effectiveness by uncovering and enabling the communication strengths they didn’t even know they had.
